About / Adrian Fowler

Adrian Fowler, co-founder of Stackt Marketing.

Digital & branding lead

Adrian runs the paid advertising and brand side of Stackt from Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast. Before starting the agency with Lochie Burgdorf, he led marketing for an Australian financial services business as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Before Stackt

Strategy on one hand, creative on the other.

Adrian's career runs across three threads: business development, creative direction and leading marketing teams. That mix is why he's as comfortable reworking a campaign budget as he is briefing a photo shoot.

His last role before Stackt was CMO in Australia's financial services sector, a tightly regulated industry with plenty of moving parts. There he took two new brands from nothing to launch and built the content they ran on: written copy, photography, video, printed material and the websites themselves, much of it designed to help customers understand the service.

Along the way he picked up hands-on experience across most growth channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), website development, social media planning and marketing that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. He has also worked agency side, so he knows what clients get frustrated with and what they value.

What drives him is building brands and making the content himself, rather than handing it off and hoping it lands.
