Let the busywork run itself.

Automations for lead follow-up, admin, reporting and paperwork, plus practical artificial intelligence (AI) trained on your own information. A person still checks what matters.

Automations that clear the admin

When this happens, that follows

Lead follow-up

Whena new enquiry comes in, day or night

it's logged, the customer gets a reply straight away, and whoever is on call is told.

Whena quote has gone quiet

a friendly follow-up goes out, and you're told if it's time to pick up the phone.

Admin

Whena job is booked

the calendar, the job sheet and the customer's reminder are all set without anyone retyping a thing.

Whena job is marked complete

the invoice is drafted and a review request is lined up for the customer.

Reporting

WhenMonday morning comes around

last week's enquiries, jobs and money are gathered from each system and waiting in your inbox.

Documents

Whena form, invoice or signed document arrives

it's named, filed against the right customer or job, and the key details are pulled out for you.

Practical AI

AI that works from your information.

No gimmicks and no chatbot for the sake of one. AI is used where it takes real effort off your team, trained on the way your business already does things.

  1. An assistant that knows your business

Trained on your price lists, procedures, past jobs and policies, so your team can ask a question and get an answer that shows where it came from.

For example: "What's our call-out policy after hours?"
  2. First drafts, not final words

Quotes, emails, proposals, job reports and captions drafted in your voice, ready for someone on your team to check, tweak and send.

For example: a reply to a detailed enquiry, drafted from the enquiry itself
  3. Summaries of the long stuff

Calls, meetings, long email threads and documents boiled down to what was agreed and what happens next.

For example: a site meeting turned into a list of actions
  4. Sorting what comes in

Incoming emails and enquiries read, labelled and sent to the right person by what they're actually about.

For example: warranty questions going straight to the person who handles them

Sensible guardrails, built in from the start.

Tested before it goes live

Every automation is run with your team before it goes live. Then you choose which tasks send on their own and which wait for someone to sign off.

Your data stays yours

Tools and accounts are set up in your business's name. We choose tools and settings with privacy in mind, and your information never appears in our own marketing without your permission.

Privacy comes first

Customer and staff information is handled in line with Australian privacy law, and sensitive details stay out of any tool that doesn't need them.

You set the limits

You decide what AI is used for and what stays with your team. Our own use of AI is covered in our terms of service.

The best first automation is usually the most boring one.

We start with the task your team repeats most often and likes least, get it running properly, then build from there. Each piece earns its place before the next one goes in.

If we also run your marketing, the first win is often right where the enquiries arrive, so new enquiries aren't left waiting for someone to get back to the office.

Automation and AI questions

What can be automated in a small business?

Anything your team does the same way every time: replying to new enquiries, chasing quotes, booking reminders, filing documents, moving details between systems and pulling together weekly numbers. The work that needs judgment stays with your people.

Will AI replace my staff?

That isn't the aim. It takes the repetitive parts of the job off their plate, so more of their day goes to customers and the work only they can do. Your team stays in charge of what goes out.

Is it safe to put our information into AI tools?

It can be, when the tools and settings are chosen carefully. We pick tools with privacy in mind, set them up in your business's name, keep sensitive information out of any tool that doesn't need it, and handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law.

What happens if an automation stops working?

It shouldn't fail quietly. We set automations up so someone is told when something doesn't go through, and we stay on hand to fix and adjust them.

Do automations work with the software we already have?

In most cases, yes. Most modern business software can pass information to other systems. We check what yours supports before recommending anything.

Can AI write in our voice?

Yes. Given examples of how your business writes, it can draft emails, quotes and replies that sound like you. A person on your team still reads each one before it's sent.
